Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within three (3) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on order weight. Our goal is to offer our customers the most cost effective shipping and handling for their online  purchases.

Free shipping for orders of $50 or more.

We offer a variety of shipping options, including USPS, UPS and FedEx. We ship to all 50 United States and US territories.  

Shipping times vary according to domestic shipping zones. Normal shipping times for all 50 United States are 2 to 7 days.

Local delivery

At this time, we do not offer local delivery.

In-store pickup

At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Skincare. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finale. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

Damage Products Policy:

We does not offer refunds or exchanges  on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such a case, please send a photo of the damaged items with the tracking number to within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you. 

You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).

We are not responsible for lost packages.

All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
